NEW BOARD OF THE PORT OF LISBON PORT COMMUNITY CONSIDERS ESSENTIAL STABILITY FOR THE FUTURE
The Lisbon Port Community – CPL, meeting in General Assembly, elected the new members for its governing bodies, for the triennium 2019-2021.
Rui Raposo, from the Association of Shipowners of the Commercial Navy, was re-elected President of the Board and Carlos Caldas Simões, from the ETE Group, was again appointed to the post of Secretary General of the CPL.
Continuing with the objectives set out in the previous mandate, the Lisbon Port Community considers stability and social peace to be essential for the development of the Port of Lisbon and for its revitalization, being fundamental the commitment of all in a path that solidifies the market’s confidence, affirming to establish itself as a competitive and efficient port, in the sense of conquering new customers, nationally and internationally, placing the Port of Lisbon on the route of large companies and shipping companies.
